The ferns are popping up in Muir Woods. Nico and I play ditch-day and relax by taking a walk in the woods. Sure Zoe and I go quite often, but this time we left Zoe with the Nannas and took a walk ourselves- on a Monday afternoon at that! I recommend it to you too!

Some good buddies helped Zoe celebrate her first birthday. Tia Michelle made her fabulous chai cupcakes- Zoe's first taste of cake! It was a beautiful sunny day on the patio. Thanks to all our friends who came by!

Zoe takes her first trip to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. A beautiful sunny day was perfect for rides on the carousel and a trip back in time on the Cave Train.
